That's a very close close-up, is this one of the tamer kind of birds or do you have a really long telephoto lens? These sometimes are quite tame. I know.
The detail of the little droplets on its feathers is really nice. DOF was quite shallow, seems like you didn't precisely have "shine" at the time?
