I had a short day trip to Mont-Tremblant in Quebec a few days ago, and this is what I witnessed spread across the mountain.

The light must have been intense to create that clear a rainbow. What a fascinating sight! And all the colours become so intense, anyway, when the sun shines towards a big, fat, dark grey raincloud, I so love that kind of light! Some people in that area must have been smashed with the many pots of gold that are to be expected where they are, eh? You photographed the VERY beginning of the rainbow . I quite like your third photo here! I wonder whether they realised how lucky they were to be at the beginning of the rainbow !?!?!
