Randomized photo slideshow question.

I know that there is quite a few software programs out there that randomize photos for a slideshow. However, in this case I am trying to find out if there is some software that will perform it in this particular way:

Suppose I have some groups of photos, and I want to randomize the order in which the groups appear, can this be done?

More explicitly as it may not be communicated very well. Suppose I have 3 groups of photos, ab&c, de&f, ghi&j. Is there software out there that will randomize the order of the groups played, but not the order of the pictures in the group. So the randomizer could pick groups 2,3, and 1 in that order, then the photos are displayed in the order: defghijabc. Is there software that does this?
