Last summer I did a photoshoot for my friend Marko's rap album/websitein Lincoln Park in Chicago. I just changed this one to blackandwhite... what do you think? Are there any improvements I could make?

Great picture. I think you're probably making a good choice to switch to B/W.. the checkerboard really stands out that way. The weird thing is, when I first looked at the picture I thought the concrete on the sides of the checkerboard were his legs and he had the board between them, it weirded me out for a second.

You might try cropping a bit closer, it seems there's some wasted space on the left and right. But I usually crop close on my photos, so thats just my opinion. Good perspective on the shot, makes it very interesting.

Great shot but I do find those circles distracting.

Sorry, but the hat doesn't work for me. It's a very difficult shot but I think without the hat and at least some of the face visible, it turns into a very good shot...
