Real Estate Video Setup

I have a number of properties i rent out for short term stays and although i have professional images i wanted to look into creating some nice videos to promote them.

I've always been really into videos, from a young age playing with camcorders on vacations and now I'm looking into this as abit of a hobby.

I wanted to know if im on the right track in terms of equipment, this is what I'm currently looking at...


Panasonic GH4 + 18-35mm Lens
SanDisk 64gb - 280mb/s
Slidecam V 1200 (VARAVON)
815 Big Tri Set (VARAVON)

With the right amount of practice, do you think this would be a good setup to create some really nice videos?

Hi,

I think you've got some nice gear to make very decent videos. But of course, it all depends on how you use it

For real estate i'd use the slidecam for a lot of shots nice it gives calm, smooth footage. Everybody is looking for a calm, relaxing house, don't they?

The only doubt I have is that the lens might be not wide enough for real estate purposes. I think a wider lens will give you nicer overview shots of the rooms.
