Really Need Critique on My Site

The intro is still stock photos which will change soon, but I need some overall design advice, how you like it, ect. Critique is highly welcomed. I need to make it better.

I like it a lot! My only suggestion is to maybe lose the flash animation at the beginning. I personally don't mind, but lots of people don't like waiting for flash animations to load.

Personally I dont mind the animation at the beginning, but I would slow it down a bit. Also the thumbnail view on the main part of the gallery is kinda blah, but im guessing there will be a title and or description when its finished? I dont know if I care for the load bar between the pics. And last but not least I would keep the font on the bottom (gallery, bio etc) the same as the font you have for the numbers. Other than that I really like it. I like the overall feel of it.
