Shot with a Canon 20D; some with available light, others with a 550EX flash with a Lightsphere II diffusor.

They look great! What settings are you running on your 20d for weddings?

RAW, daylight white balance (custom if I have the time, and I'm going to be shooting in one location for a while), all parameters zeroed out, center weighted averaging meter. I use ISO 200 outside, and ISO 400 and 800 inside. Manual exposure, and flash on manual. As soon as I arrive at a location I do some test shots for subjects at 5', 10', and 15' so I know where to set my flash power. As far as aperture and shutter it just depends on the scene, and what I want. With the digital I'm a big fan of shooting, and then checking the image and histogram to see where I need to go from there.

My experience so far is that ETTL flash causes a lot of blinks, and isn't very accurate, so I'm not very confident using it.

Very lovely series Matt! I love 4, 7, 8...great job with the lighting on all of them. Very impressive work, I'm sure the couple will be quite happy :)

I particularly like the black and white photos better, especially when it comes to this sort of occasion, as they say black and white is timeless. But none the less the other pictures are still very good and the compositions are nice. good work.

Pixmantic RAW Shooters' Essentials, and then Adobe PS 7 if it needs more editing.
