    Got to love those Flickers!! Such a cool little Pecker! Nice capture!!

    Thanks, Eric. I don't see many woodpeckers at my place (used to see lots when I lived in the Northeast). It's been fun this week with the Gila raiding my hummingbird feeder a couple of days ago ( http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/nature-wildlife/198421-caught-red-handed-headed.html ) and then this guy yesterday on the Palo Verde behind my house. I was able to get a couple of images from a distance (this is a bit of a crop taken with my 100-300mm f/4 + 1.4X TC at 420mm) before a couple of kids ran by and scared him off.
