my first critique would be that there is no image

There is a very slow-loading image.
But my criticism is that you haven't complied with the Gallery Guidelines

You have given no information or an indication as to why you want a crit or what aspect you need help with.
Consequently I am moving it to Landscape. You'll get a general crit there I am sure.

I think it woud be a much better photo if you removed you stamps and the inner boarder. The fog over the water is somewhat distracting but intensified by the distractions which are not necessary. I'd really like to see this in raw format (no editing of words or boarders)

I would go with removing the frame and selective colouring. I like the fog and reflection, I just find the frame really detracts from the photo.
