Release agreement?

I was contacted by a business yesterday that is interested in purchasing a large number of images from me. Does anyone know where I can find contracts and/or release agreements? I just want to retain the right to re-sell these photos later on while still giving them the ability to use them for advertising and promotion. Thanks for any help.

I added this to the bottom of my invoice, I hope I'm covered.

"Digital images on CD are licensed for advertising, promotional and personal purposes only. The images cannot be resold without the permission of Alex Best Photography and Alex Best Photography retains the right to re-sell the images at a later date.
