    I understand these dancers don't pose like this for you but you see them like that during their performance and make the best of the moment with the given light (and consequently long exposures)?
    That would explain the motion blur in the one hand!
    And despite the fact that they don't pose for YOU or for their photo to be taken, you frame them PERFECTLY. So "wow"!

    I like the movement of the hands. She's a ballerina, she's supposed to be dancing:)
