Silly ironic grafitti on our local beach. Too dark?

I agree the graffiti is a little dark, but it's not bad. It's still a great shot!

I like it and the exposure is not bad considering the back lighting on the rock.

if the timing were just a little different so the sun were lighting up the face of the rock I think it would be perfect.

The sun adds to the picture. Of course, the graffiti would have shown better had the sun been behind you, Canon Can, but it wasn't and you composed it into your photo, using the on-camera flash (?) to brighten up the rock a little (I would assume). Yes, I like this photo very much. (And your avatar, too - it´s now only WEEKS you're counting down, right, or even DAYS?)

Nice shot.Do You have a recent edition of PS? Shadow/Highlight tool would improve this shot enormously.

I like it a lot--- Rock being dark only gives more emphasis to the album's title, Dark Side of the Moon.. yes? That can be your artistic excuse.

I agree. You could brighten it up a bit to show more detail, but I like it the way it is! Nice picture!
