At last managed to catch up with Jenny Wren - the last of the residents or regular visitors to my garden recorded.

Obviously disgusted at being caught out and showed its feelings by showing its bum!

The blackbird obviously left open mouthed by such behaviour

And the goldfinch looked the other way.

Now to think about recording wildlife in the Village nature reserve beyond the field at the back of us.

 What a fun series, Fangman! Love the commentary. And I'm glad you finally captured a pic of the elusive wren. Here's to many more pics of the visitors to Chez Fangman and the Ely area.

Thanks - 18 species recorded over the winter and spring - about 11 are nesting in the garden or very near by. Rarer and summer visitors to get now but none of these will go to feeders so will have to get tracking.

Neat pics! What great birds to have in your garden! Makes me want to set up a birdfeeder on my apartment balcony!
