Safari and flash player

I'm having a fair few problems with flash player on this site and this site only. It just runs away with the cpu time slowing things to a crawl.

Had the same issue on my macbook and was getting hot so flash is gone and problem solved.

I use Safari for my general browsing and don't run flash. I use a different browser for things like banking. For flash I will use the older windows machine, usually in Firefox.
