Sales idea for Professional Fine Art photographers...

We recently had a real estate agent come into our art gallery and ask about gift certificates. When she sells a house, she wants to give the buyers a gift, and would love to give them a certificate for artwork. Heck, they're buying a new home and have plenty of empty walls.

I would think that the professional fine art photographer could market this idea to their local real estate agents! A book of 250 gift certificates online is about $60. The agent we spoke to said she would give out anywhere between $200-$1000 per sale, depending on the price of the house.
