Well, I finally made it out to the pier to play with my new GND filter this weekend and to just do some generall sunrise pier shots. Here are some pictures. Did some usual PP work and as always C & C is welcome.

wow these are nice.... i especcially like 1 and 2, realy nice colours from the sun and the slow shutter speeds gives the water a kind of misty feel, i like it :) :wav:

Thanks everyone.

Anyone think #5 is too blown out in the back/foreground?

I really like #1 & #5 . I don't think 5 is blown out at all for my liking, and number 1 has great colours in the sky for a backdrop! Great Job!

What a wonderful series! Wow.
The lone fisherman in 1 really helps there, but I also like the long exposure on the water in 2 with that precious reflection of the rising sun on it! Way cool. And then comes all the red on one side of the pier poles in 3, another stunner - 4 does not do quite as much for me as the others do.
5 is not too blown out and what I appreciate about that most is its graphic element and the symmetry you captured.

WOW all very good but I feel that 3,4 & 5 are the strongest

Great use of shutter speed! Everything else is great!

Awesome work. Very good on my visual senses.

Beautiful shots, Especially like the pier posts, quite abstract.
