    So what's wrong with it?

Sounds like it could be another one of those "too good to be true" deals.

    Best of luck.

Go and do the search that "Giraf" suggested, then go the left hand side of page, scroll down and click on BEWARE OF FAKE SANDISCS, could be of immense help to save you getting ripped off. Good luck

i have to agree with primary canary. if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. i recommend buying cards from reputable online stores or real stores. i get mine from best buy. i pay a bit more, but i know its real and new, not some counterfeit or 'refurbished' card. better safe than sorry.

"Sandisk CF Ultra II 1 Gig "

I just bought the same new at Office Depot for $39 on sale,
it would usually go for $70

I noticed a lot of common memory products are on sale every week and the prices and rebates are pretty good.
Maybe there's new stuff coming out..............

there was another card, the sandisk ultra II 2 GB card, that was also on the search page you posted...it went for $41. that's a terrific deal if it's genuine.
