scanning: thanks

hi friends,

well, thanks to a few tips , advice, encouragement via this place,
im rescanning my 'best of'.. it aint online yet - not for another 6-12hours i
guess. plus we have heavy snow here, affecting power, maybe i'll loose
the net for a while. (chatting with my US pals in Maine and Michegan a few
days ago, i assumed their heavy, winter weather - toned down a little by
the atlantic, would reach us in a few days - and sure enough, down over
the northern seas it comes !). so give it a couple of days and if you
have seen my previous scans and you can notice the latest improvements,
in repro, i'll be chuffed).
