Do you find your scans don't accurately represent your prints? I just got back my first set of film prints and I am surprised at how different (much more beautiful) they look in relation to scans.

If you mean scans and prints done from the same roll of film today by a commercial lab, the prints are printed from the scans.

Prints on paper will always look different to the same picture on a computer screen - one is viewed by reflected light and one is transmitted light. The colour gamut is different between the two, the brightness of the screen will be different to the brightness (whiteness) of the paper. With carefully controlled setting of the computer screen, you can get the two close but there will always be a difference.

Yes and no I guess... no they don't really look different as far as sharpness, etc. Yes in overall appearance, you can't beat a nice glossy print.
