    Hey guys---

I'm on a Mac G5 that I've had for about 4 years. It's my primary place of editing with photoshop. I just got the error scratch disk full. I've searched articles and can't seem to find a simple way of deleting old files or temporary files. I've sent everything to the trash that I don't need already. So, there must be a temp folder or something that I don't know how to find. It says my start up disk is full too, but I can't seem to clear space. I've deleted programs that I don't use already.

Any help would be appreciated....I'm looking for direct steps to do, if possible.

    thank you in advance
    julie

    Hi julie,

Try the few things suggested in this thread when it came up not long ago... also remember when you delete things to empty your trashcan!.... also a reboot may help...

Im not sure if any of the suggestions made is what fixed D50's problem... try them.. if not maybe PM D50 and ask him how he sorted it. ;)
