Second off camera flash

I have a 430ex and a skyport wireless radio slave. I want to add a second light to this set up and I'm trying to find the best/ cheapest route.

What do you think of a vivitar 285HV

I will be primarily using the set up either indoors or outside at night. Do you think this would be a good set up? It says 100ft range indoors but when I am outdoors in the darkness of night it should have a pretty reasonable range correct?

It does come highly recommended at strobist and there's quite the modding community built around that flash.
