Seemed like a lady bug to me , Can anyone identify it ?

    You have to use the "Insert Image" instead of "Insert Link" to embed your image in the post.

    I think (but am not sure) that it is a kind of Cinch Bug. It isn't a lady bug.

    Im from New England - we have an insect around that looks indentical to that only it brown. I beleive its called a stink bug. They release an odor when upset.

    Not a ladybug or a stink bug. Looks like the nymph of the species Scantius aegyptius from the Family of Red Bugs (under True Bugs).


    For future reference, you might consider posting these to the macro forum...I know often don't venuter past that section. Oh and location can usually help with the ID if you can post that next time.
