I never really played around with selective coloring too much, so I thought I would take a wing at it.....

Its worked really really well for this shot! Well done!

hahah... wow, very cool.

I really like this. When I saw "selective coloring" I was expecting some of the usual crap I see where it's so cheesy, but you really pulled off SC well here. It looks very good for the picture. Good job!

This is awesome, I would love to know more about them...
Where they at a zoo?
I am hoping of course you were walking through your local wood and stumbled upon them peeking at you...

Thanks for all of the comments...

Very nice! Bravo!:D.

How ya' get it full sized? (Mine come out as thumbnails)

I don't know what you are doing there?? I work with full size images in Paintshop Pro X2 and haven't had any problems like that.

Nope, these are not from the zoo. These are wild owls that I have been watching for quite some time. Here are the series of threads I have posted on these guys:

I love the facial expressions. These are two very distinct creatures -- you can really tell them apart!

Unfortunately, they have fledged. I know they are still in the area, as the babies usually stay with the parents for up to a year before taking off on their own, but the foliage is so thick where they are at, I doubt I will have much chance of finding them.....doesn't mean I won't try, though.
