Sunpak In Softbox to the left full power.
Vivitar 285 HV Back left full power bounced off my blinds
Way too much empty space over your head ... crop it so your eyes are about a 1/3 of the way down the image.
The light setup seems OK, but the photo itself a little underexposed.
The bumps on the background are distracting - sit further from the background and use a large aperture to throw the wall out of focus (you'll then need to lower the power of your flashes to compensate for the larger aperture).
The pose is OK, but try not to cut your hands or wrists off in the middle.
The photo does look a little under exposed and you look way too posed and unnatural.
