Senior beauty!

This senior has a warm place in my heart! She lives down the street from me and is one of the first people to let me practice photography in the days of not being as sure of my self and my skills as I would have liked to have been!!! I have photographed her and/or members of her family at least a dozen times!
Well, she is now graduating from high school, and I was asked by her and her mother to do some beautiful senior portraits! OF COURSE I said yes!! Here's the results:

Nice work, as usual

Is the lack of contrast in #1, a purposeful edit? I'm not liking it.
I'm not a big fan of the posing in #2 and #3 but I really like the rest of them. #4 really stands out for me.

Yeah, that first one was done on purpose with an action I bought. I'm still playing around on which type of photo it would look best on. It's supposed to be a slightly hazy, muted color style. To be honest, the more I go back and look at it, the more I question it on this sort of a shot . . .

My first thought was that you were going for a sort of cross proccessed type image...or maybe had some heavy lens flare. I can see it working with some of those old bus shots...but in this case, it looks like you wanted to add that effect, but stopped half way.

I like 4, 5, 7, & 8 the best. I agree, that the first shot isn't working for me either with the faded look. Great idea using the old school bus as a backdrop\prop.
