I don't think sepia adds much to this photo. Do you have a color version?

I mean, aside from the color...

Well yeah, it could take away alot. Like if the photo is full of complimentary colors. Makes about as much sense as a B&W photo of a fruit stand.

<shrug> Some people dig sepia, others don't. Personally I think toning an image should compliment the subject matter.

How would you use sepia to compliment the subject matter (if not in a portrait)?

Every kid with a dSLR makes a sepia image. It's a novelty. Like selective coloring. 99% of the time it makes no sense.

Do you normally get so bothered by some random internet guy's opinion? Go to the gym or something. Work up a sweat and get rid of that pent up aggression.

ok guys simmer down. i was just testing the in-camera effects and snapping random shots of a friend. im not a big fan of sepia myself but i thought it came out nice.
