Just curious as to what you mean by soft? Everything except the water is sharp.

Maybe i should have listed it was a long exposure and that is why the water looks that way.

Everything is focused nicely, but it's pretty noisy

Soft & Noisy are two totally different things.

So explain to me what you mean by its noisy? You have called it two totally different things with no explanation of either, because im sorry i dont see much noise in this image.

Do i need to say again that it is a long exposure and thats what falling water looks like when taken over a second.

Sorry, didn't mean soft, meant noisy.
I don't know how to give an explanation of how it's noisy?
    Why? Were you shooting handheld?
Someone back me up here - is it noisy or is it me?

That is a 4 second exposure, used a tripod.

    Hmm
DOn't get me wrong - it's an awesome shot - just seems somewhat noisy (as of it were shot with film) on the rocks and moss
