Sexxy Braces

Ok, we have all seen a million pictures of a sexxy chick lickin a strawberry. The whole concept is overdone. Now, at first, this pic was taken when i was goofin around. It was my very conservative friend Josh, and I thought it was hilarious that he even went along with it. Now I was just lookin at it and realized that the picture came out soo well it was a shame to waste it. He was makin a goofy face, so I cropped it. Now how often do you see a guy in braces making provocative gestures in photos. Not very often. Thats why I like this one alot. It's very different. Now I tried my best to give it alot of contrast in photoshop.I might burn the strawberry to make it darker later. But since this image is important to me, I want to know where else to improve. Give me any notes you have.

haha, bit to close for comfort for a guy, but still funny...

Background would look better more out of focus it think, the lines draw attention away.

and maybe crop a bit off the left side

How about putting the strawberry in red and the rest kept B/W?
