Meet the newest member of the population of wild horses on Shackleford Banks this year. :)

Slight levels and contrast work to compensate for some stark midday light (best I could do - ferries didn't start until 10:00 a.m. and last one was 4:30 p.m.). He (she?) was very curious about me and my weird "contraption."

Thanks for the comments! I think that this will be our annual vacation destination. It was just wonderful.
