    Awesome lighting. I really like the way you posed her with the hair trailing out. Nicely done.

    Fun composition, she looks natural in the pose, I like the lighting.

    That's the most awkward position/expression i've ever seen.

    hi there.
    here is a question from a beginner

    what is she laying on? is it a painted floor or some sort of material?

    i like it but my beginner brain cant think of what it could be.

    thanks for the help and i love the picture. its not a typical senior shot that you always see.

    The floor is vinyl flooring installed upside down and running all the way up the wall to create a white cove, I then painted it with primer (very important), then the floor portion is painted with several coats of pure white polyurethane enamel, and the wall portion is painted with a flat pure white latex house paint.

    Good all around. I think the tan line is great. Lighting is wonderful. Color too. One beautiful subject. :thumbup:
