I took this because I really loved the colors I can't deal with the way the frame, or even the image itself looks askew or warped.

Not much help, but you judge. What about a small crop on the right side?

I haven't even considered any changes to this one crops, levels or otherwise because I can't get my head around how the image looks warped.

When you look along the nails closest to your right border you see that it is all right. From your point of view it had to come out like this, or else you would have needed to step further left and place yourself more squarely in front of this shed.

I don't mind your POV here thought, but would have liked to see the bottom of the door within the frame, too.

And I do agree that the colours (moss?) are intriguing. LOVELY colours, mind you !!! GREEN!

Vignette! Brilliant idea. I like this, looks a bit like hdr, or night photography with colored lights.
