Hello guys,
I was asked to shoot low light snowboarding tomorrow. I got a Canon 70D (18-135 mm), and my question is: How do I set it up for best quality video?(Settings: Shutter Speed/Iso...). There will be lights, quite many but still at night so it will be dark. Have never tried low light and sports at the same time earlier, and would be pleased to get some tips and tricks from you guys! It might even be broadcasted live...

For shooting video you want the shutter speed set to 2x the video frame rate.
If you're shooting 1280/720 at 29.97 fps you set the shutter speed to 1/60.
Use a wide lens aperture, like f/2.8, and ISO should be adjusted by the camera in video mode.
With low, uneven light - good luck.

A FAST lens might be of some real help to you for poor lighting conditions. Do you have access to say the 50mm f/1.8 STM lens?

It is these kind of situations were camcorder really shine. Since you don't have one you will have to do the best you can with the advice given above.
