A tighter crop for the first one, and get rid of the frame, it's ugly to be awfully frank.

I like the lighting in number two.

I like them #1 has a great pose but I wish it was a little sharper. ( Was it that windy out?

#2 is a good idea and looks very nice. But still not as sharp as I would like.
#3 is a little fuzzy for my liking but still not bad.

What camera was used?

#3 would be the best if it were sharp. Its a interesting pose and I just like the feel of it.
