    Hi, my first post here.

    I'm using a Nikon D100 camera, and I'm thinking about buying a sigma 10-20mm lens. I've got two questions though;

    1) In my D100 manual it says that "The D100 is compatible with a variety of AF Nikkor lenses for 35-mm film cameras, including wide-angle, telephoto, zoom, micro, defocus image control (DC) and regular lenses with focal lengths of 14-600mm"

    Does this mean that I can only use the lens from 14-20mm? I have heard people use 10-20mm with the D100, but this is all a bit confusing to me.

    2) what's the difference between http://www.sigmaphoto.com/lenses/lenses_all_details.asp?id=3301&navigator=6 and http://www.sigmaphoto.com/lenses/lenses_all_details.asp?id=3343&navigator=6 ? what does "four thirds" mean?

    I will use the lens for landscape photography only.

    Thanks
