Sigma 18mm - 250mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM Autofocus

Ordered to replace the 70-300 VR I sold this morning and the 18-105 VR I hope to sell soon. This will be my all in one walk around lens for the times I don't want to mess with multiple lenses. The reviews are finally coming in and seem favorable from everyone except pixel peepers, and even at that most understand that a lens with this range is going to be good at all and excel at nothing.

Will be posting photos when it arrives.

I have an 18-200 for my everyday lens, I'm slowly building up the specialty stuff though.

I've had 2 of the Nikon 18-200's on a couple different occasions (sold them both) and it was one I was considering again however I like the lock switch and extra length on the Sigma. I'm a lens creep hater

First sample pic, nothing special but I'm pleased with the results so far... will go out over lunch break and see what it can do.
