SIGMA 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO-M For my D90??

Excuse my noobness (LOL)

Anyway I found the below Sigma 70-300MM and wanted to see if anyone had used it/heard about the reviews or know for sure that it will work with my D90....(paranoid)

I thought for the $189.00 price tag that it would be well worth the purchase but I like to get a broad view before I purchase anything...it took me over six months to finally purchase my camera

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated
