Here is a shot I took a few weeks back I was pretty happy with it. What do you guys and girls think?

It's nice overall, but when scrolling on my monitor, and 'cropping' out the horizon, it becomes more interesting to me.

I vote the first one, I like the horizon line but I've never been one to crop a photo and I'm usually shooting at the widest focal length I've got.

Normally I would agree to crop below the horizon because the sky is so bland. But for some reason that I can't pinpoint, in this particular case I prefer #1 with the horizon in the frame.
Maybe it's the colours.
