That's really good. Probably would have made a cool HDR (to bring out detials in the clouds)...but I actually really like it. Probably would have worked better underexposed a tad....

1) Shoot with a polarizer to cut down on haze.

2) It's poorly processed. The color of the sky is entirely unnatural and clashes with the rest of the photo.

3) The foreground is soft.

I like the haze, makes it look real puts me in the scene. Would make a great HDR. OR perhaps look into a graduated filter to cut the exposure down on the sky and bring out a little more detail.

max is right, the sky's unreal blue colour turns me off from the photo, but i love the dock and reflections

The over-exposure in the sky bugs me a little bit, but overall this is still a nice shot.

Just maybe take some of Max's advice, then it would be perfect.
