skin enchancement!

Hey You guys
I was wondering if there was any program that improves blemishes and gets flawless looking skin. I know photoshop does that but I dunno how to use that. Any other free programs that I can just download and use? THANK you so much you guyss!!

If you do have photoshop, and just dont know how to do the function. Just click on the "band-aid" icon, and go the the area you wish to fix and hold down Ctrl and Click. It will smooth out the skin, and also you can adjust the pressure, so you dont end up with something that looks like a scar.
