Made some close ups of a snake skin today. This is just the skin after the snake had shed.
Kinda abstract, isnt it.

Quite what I was thinking, too!

You had said you'd try to show us the shed skin once your snake would shed again... just for our information: would there be a photo of the entire old skin lying about somewhere? Need not be an artistic pic, need not even be technically good, just informative... I'd be interested to see that for once.

Oh, and the skin is inside-out. Thats because the snake kind of rolls of the skin........something similar as taking of your sock.

Ditto the honey / bee comments - great abstract capture there! Looks like a clean shed, normally they're a bit ragged aren't they? Anyway - looks great!

And this is how it normally should look like. If it comes of in little pieces, it most of the times means the the humidity is too low................can also have to do something with mites. Just for your information
