I purchased this kit on Ebay from GetItDigital about a month ago. The camera works great but I have decided to go with a different model.

Hello. Yes, this is still available. I bought the camera new about a month ago. No damage what so ever. It works great and I would keep it but I really have no use for it as I use my two other cameras more.

If it was new when you bought it, it is now used and Nikon's 1 yr warranty is only good for the original owner and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Have you registered your camera with Nikon online or on the phone? If not, then the new owner can do it and get the warranty.
