Small Waterwheel and Falls - HDR -

I've been meaning to photograph this for some time now and figured I'd do it this morning before they shut it down for the winter. It's a small fall and waterwheel next to the entrance of a very upscale subdivision.

Taken at sunrise with three images merged in Photomatrix and final processing done in Paint Shop Pro X2. Nikon D80 w/18-70mm.

I noticed the "Halo Effect" seems to be showing up more in the Jpeg version of the image. It's much more subtle in the Tiff version on my PC.

Great image! I think that house makes a very cool subject in and of itself.

This shot is über cool. It looks like a miniature! The only detail that bugs me a tiny bit is the haloing on top of the trees.

I dont think i like the HDR effect on this particular photo. its nice other then that though.

Thanks all for taking the time to comment. The "HDR" look isn't for everybody but I liked this right from the start.
