You're welcome to it!
How did you like driving it? That is if you have driven one. What's the general opinion over there?
I bet there is going to be a bunch of buyers in the cities here. Also, the gas price could be another motivator for people to consider this pup.
hehe smart is cute... BUT I had a chance to drive it and it was terrible. I felt like in the.... matchbox...
its a funny lookin thing........ but it does have its advantages in a city...... i'v seen one drive straight into a tiny gap by the pavement before......... and i dont mean the normal way around you park........ i mean straight into the gap.... front facing the sidewalk!
....... it was still less long, than some cars are wide
I only drive cars & vans, not roller skates!
Pop on, pop off plastic customisable body panels? Why not just buy the colour you want like in the good ole days?
My aunt & uncle have a smart car. They put it in a box trailer and tow it behind their huge motor home...so that when they go on vacation, they have something to drive around while the RV is parked.
They have been in Canada for over a year now. I would not want to be in an accident with one.
They would fit in the box of my Ford Truck.
I have to smile every time I see one (as yes, they've been in Canada for a while now)....I expect every time to see a bunch of clowns get out of it. And there's even a convertible model.
They're quirky little cars and fit their application well but i'm still a little bit unconvinced about accident safety, if you got hit by a truck it'd be like crushing an empty coke can with your foot.
I'd personally like to get my grubby mits on a Smart Roadster and go for a blat down the nearest twisty road I could find.
