This picture is quite strange. Not really noisy but. Maybe too much contrasted...
I think this snowy rock (or tree???) in the bottom left angle does not serve the composing. But it is just my opinion.

I agree about that white thingy in lower-left corner being distracting, but other than that I find the photo nice.
