So I was a bit drunk...

    I don't usually set up photos, but I had a few beers and thought I was funnier than I really am. Still, I kind of like it. The DOF is a bit off, though.

    On a side note, what causes the lack of contrast on low light photos like this. Take the black bottom edge of the notebook, for example (actually the whole photo kind of has this look). Instead of being it's true black it's more of a washed out (correct term?) dark greyish color. I've had some very low light photos turn out like this. Is this due to shutter speed being set too low? This isn't a really good example of what I mean, but I don't have anything better laying around to post.

    you must have been very drunk :)hah but good shot even though :)

    I see the washed colours but I have no idea why. Maybe someone else will explain it to you because Iwant to know something about it too :)

    I like this shot a lot, good white balance plus composition (even though I have no clue about the note pad).

    mentos: I think the washed out colors are because of soft focus and low lighting :p
