    eck, when i took this picture, i was running severly low on my battery life, and therefore, i got a TON of artifacts. i've tried using a jpeg artifact remover, but i didn't help much. i think it may be beyond saving.

    anyone want to give it a shot? your help would be beyond appreciated. i'll even give you an extra special mention on my "site" for your work.

    eww...i just turned this into a plea for help.

    Just for kicks, I'll give it a shot. I messed with it a bit in Elements, then ran it through Helicon NoiseFilter. It still has that "painting" look to it, but maybe you'll like it better:
