Software Help!!!

Hello

Here is my problem. When I go out and shoot i usually shoot atleast 400 pictures. When I get home I turn on my PC and have to use some crappy software to sort through them.

What is a really good software that is similar to Aperature on mac osx? (I already have photoshop cs2) I am looking for something that like Aperature can rate your photos and then sort them by your rating.

Even you use the best software, 400 photos takes you plenty of time. I think, that better way is to think before you shoot.

Im more or less ment i take 400 when shooting school sports so i do continous drive and a lot of panning so it really depends on whats in focus and if i got the shot right in low light.
