Software that "turns photos into sketches" ???

When I was surfing on eBay I saw a software package that claimed to turn a photograph into what would appear to be a sketch.

...seemed pretty cool,

Does it work?

How difficult is it to use?

this filter can be found in a variety of editing software programs.

as with other plug ins it should be easy to use.

check your editing software to be sure you don't already have something that will do this for you.

look for charcoal or pencil effects

Agreed. If you have photoshop, you already have it.
