Solo trip to the mourne mountains

I went down to Newcastle in county down the other day and climbed the famous mourne mountains.The weather was great and the mountains were masive.Perhaps the weather was to good as the sun was really harsh and ruind some shots.but that place is amazing Ive never seen anything like it.I didnt get many good shots im afraid just three keepers but I dont mind as I can always go back and try again. Heres two of the shots

This is the view of the mountains from the beach.This shot dosent realy do the mountains any justice as the dont apear as big as the are and my 18 - 55mm kit lens couldnt fit them all in

I found this amazing river that I followed up so as not to get lost and this was one of the many waterfalls on it.again this shot does not show the size and scale of the river.

nice shots, i love them both, 1 might also look pretty good with a tighter crop of the right bottom corner and mountains.
