Taken with my Ricoh GR-D point and shoot.
The facial expression she is giving in #6 is absolutely gorgeous. That slight smirk and her eyes looking directly at the camera just gets to me. Oh, and the scenery ain't hal bad either.
I really like the composition of #3. Moving ever so slightly to your right may have prevented that water mains pipe from coming out of her head. I dunno, it's a very tight shooting area.
Thanks for sharing.
#6 was my favorite too.
and about #3: it was kinda a throw in...
The only problem with #6 is that your shadow is in it.
yeah looks like you're right. i thought it was hers...
Both of your shadows are in there! lol
look out folks, we got a genius on our hands here.
Number 6 work very well, it show off her facial feature very well and she just look in the camera like she's staring at you. The sunglasses doesn't work for me, I don't know why, it doesn't show much personality I guess. I like number 4 and 5 is good too but I prefer that she's more in focus. Just my 2 cents.
thanks a lot for the critiques.
i have never really taken many pics of people, and never have gotten any "keepers" of people. so- as your might expect- i am trying to change this.
Definitely amazing series of shots. Love the B+W conversion process and her expression is priceless
I like these - especially number one due to the perspective of it.
